Percy M. Kendall a former Phillips Bible Institute teacher sues Marie A. Humphrey at 926 6th St NW to compel fulfillment of a June 14 1916 contract for the sale of two lots. Kendall says Humphrey was to pay 10 down transfer four lots and pay 1696. she was to convey by July 1 1916. He claims he offered to perform July 10 and August 4 but she refused.
