Willis Dies in Ohio While Planned Delegates Conference
Senator Frank B. Willis died unexpectedly Friday night in Delaware Ohio as preparations continued for a conference of delegates this week. The funeral is set for Tuesday at 2 PM from Gray Chapel Ohio Wesleyan University with state officials and Fess in attendance. Willis will lie in state Monday 2 to 9 PM and Tuesday 9 AM until the service. The service will be led by Rev Otton Scott Steele with Senator Fess Ralph Cole and Albert Smith assisting.
