Rattray begins building at Devil's Lake with plans to spend over three thousand dollars on the Point improvements for public use. Work includes boats bathing houses a dancing pavilion and ball grounds all to be electric lit. He will add launches and regular lake trips. A dance is set for the new pavilion after the Tiny Canova football game on May 25.
Local notes record Clean-up Day on Friday May 22 in Canora. Visitors and travelers include W J Inglis in Tiny and J B McIntosh in Yorkton, with several others from Margo Winnipeg and Buchanan noted. A land office sub agency opened at Preeceville May 1, and James Paul of Canora is named commissioner for oaths. He has spent over 250000 on land clearing tiling irrigation and has imported five tons of alfalfa seed from Siberia. sowing starts in July and aims to determine best growing conditions. Smith is optimistic about western results.

The Revolt featured Pauline and Susan Jane Jones with strong turns by Jessie Korbin and Elsie English. Captain Joe centered on Diana Goldstein and cast, with support from Mary English Loretta Pollock Mildred Sutherland Cora Betts Amy Troyer. Proceeds fund interior school wall adornments with portraits.
