Landislide tragedy suit against railroad ends in verdict
In Canon City district court this week Mrs. Allen and Mrs. Maloney sued the Canon City and Cripple Creek railroad for 5000 each over the deaths of their husbands in a landslide on the road in April 1901. By court injunction a verdict was returned for the defendant.
Weather Kept Dog Show Fans Home
