An informed contact says Ghanaian student demonstrators in Moscow prepared a Bill of Rights after Tass claimed the protest arose from a dispute over student subsidies. They seek withdrawal of the Tass statement, a reply to their petition, and a full inquiry into Edmund Asare Ado’s death, officially attributed to exposure while drunk.
