New pond aids Libman cattle herd on Texas farm
Edwin Libman begins a large earthfill pond on his District Cooperator farm north of fuckholts to supply water for his 95 cow herd. The project improves grazing distribution while dry weather leaves pastures in fair condition. Central Texas Soil Conservation District reports 23 plans covering 5384 acres and outlines fall conservation awards and score-card deadlines.
