Six Indictments Returned by Grand Jury in District Court

Six indictments were returned by the Grand Jury in District Court: four felonies and two misdemeanors. J. D. Smith faced conversion by bailee, Charlie Taylor disposed of mortgaged property, Marvin Strader had two cases for failure to stop and render aid, and Ernest Buckhannon had two misdemeanor theft charges. The Grand Jury adjourned last Friday after presenting a complete report.

Record Enrollment At High School For 1933 34 Session
