A six person flight from Hurt Airport reached 14 500 feet over a 9000 foot cloud near Eagle Pass in Maverick County. They released 50 pounds of dry ice triggering a rapid rain, with the cloud darkening and rain covering about four to six square miles within twenty minutes.
