Miss Adelaide Bickett of Dallas was honored at a lawn party hosted by sisters Marthan and Winifred Bickett at their parents home. Guests enjoyed an old fashioned lunch on the lawn, with fried chicken, rolls, sandwiches, salads, pickles, cakes, pies and soda water, followed by lawn games and late departures. Out of town attendees included Mr. and Mrs. J. F. Bullock of San Angelo and Mr. George Black of Dallas.
