Rabid Skunks Warn Milam County Pet Owners

More Ant Surveys Planned In Milam County
Milam County will conduct additional surveys this winter to study the imported fire ant infestation. County Agent Bill McCutchen notes the nearest mound to Cameron lies at the city limits. Lost Hunters Declared Safe After Overnight Search
Two lost coon hunters, Tim Malloy age 81 and Charlie Lopez age 19, both of Rockdale, were found safe after search teams from Milam and Burleson counties scoured land near the Milam Burleson line south of Rockdale. Lopez was separated, found a road, and hitched a ride back. Malloy later reunited with searchers. A citizen group from Falls Milam and Williamson counties plans a November appreciation reception for Rep. Dan Kubiak of Rockdale.
