Negligent Homicide Fined After Rockdale Case
Paul Scheihing of Rockdale pleaded guilty to negligent homicide and was fined 100 dollars and sentenced to 10 days in the county jail. The charge arose from a collision that killed the daughter of Mr and Mrs Georgie Manly at Minerva. In a separate Cameron case a black man was found guilty of negligent homicide and given five years in prison for a fatal crash on a bridge near Cameron.
