Milam Grand Jury Indicts 21 Defendants in Felony Cases
A Milam County grand jury returned 28 true bills on Thursday all felonies. The Cameron Day Care Center invites the public to an open house November 21 to 23 at 212 North Travis. The center, in its fifth year, serves low income mothers and provides Christian care for about 20 children daily from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. It is funded 70 percent by the Department of Human Resources and 30 percent by local funds from First United Methodist Church, United Way, and other donors.
