Dr Will Hogg and party begin a Cameron revival Sunday night November 18 in a tent at City Park corner. Campaign director S J T Williams spoke at a Baptist church prayer meeting Wednesday. Music director Earl S Rodgers leads the choir at four o clock Sunday. Hogg, a relative of the late Governor Hogg and cousin of Will C Hogg of Houston, survived a French hospital stay and has regained sight and memory of much of the Bible. The fourteenth and final meeting of the year is expected to draw Cameron residents.

Gray timber wolf killed after cattle depredations near Salem
A large gray timber wolf that threatened stock was killed Sunday morning near the Sam Law plantation by Cameron hunters led by Penn Wolf district clerk. The pack released by Walker dogs drove the wolf to ground and a fight ensued maiming several dogs. Others in the party were E. Pfrrdrescher B. Angell and P. Stranee. This marks the second timber wolf killed in the area in recent weeks.

J Cole, once a Baptist missionary in Milam County and now pastor at Richmond, visited Cameron Tuesday on his way home.
