In Magre's 20th Judicial District five defendants faced probation and confinement terms. Brittany Dawn Smith of Rochdale received five years deferred adjudication with $140 restitution after a guilty plea to a state felon y offense. Deborah Ann Shivers of Rockdale got ten years confinement probated ten years for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon after adjudication of guilt for a second degree felony. Donnell Anthony Robinson of Bryan drew ten years confinement probated five years with $74,633.40 joint and several liability for Engaging in Organized Criminal Activity. Charles Lopez Sr. of Rockdale received two years deferred adjudication probation with evaluation and treatment, plus a $500 fine for dead ly conduct. Michael Heath Wright of Cameron was eight months in state jail and $397 costs after pleading true to probation violation on a state jail felony possession of a controlled substance less than one gram.
