The 13th annual Stiles Farm foundation Field Day will be held June 7 at Thrall in Williamson County. Tours run 2 PM and 3:30 PM with a 5:30 PM address by State Rep. Joe Hubenak. Milam County farmers must meet the 1975 cotton planting deadline by May 31 as planting nears completion. Weather damage and seedling disease require replanting in some fields, and market sluggishness prompts many to switch to sorghum. City of Cameron Sells Tax Refunds and Monthly Payments
The City of Cameron banked a 9912.60 sales tax refund for the period ending May 2 1975. State comptroller now pays monthly instead of quarterly. Other towns Rockdale Rogers Rosebud and Thorndale posted refunds totaling 1016.23 1558.70 2854.87 and 2393.05 respectively.

Thirty six candidates for graduation in Rogers will near the Rev. Four tennis courts totaling 4400 dollars will be built on the north side of Cameron Wily Park with asphalt surface, caliche base, and chain link fencing.
