Be County man indicted for rape by Milam Grand Jury
Cecil Lucas of Be County has been indicted by a Milam County Grand Jury for rape and two counts of driving while intoxicated. The case, set for trial, was brought by Criminal District Attorney Emory B. Camp for Monday May 25. Lucas allegedly raped a 16 year old Ben Arnold girl after arrest by Sheriff Kennedy and return to Cameron jail.
