Commissioners vote pay raise and bids during regular session
County commissioners approved a $15 monthly pay raise for employees effective April 1 and opened bids for office supplies with Rockdale Reporter the low bidder at 980.80. A public revenue sharing meeting was set for April 12. C. D. Caffey was authorized to solicit bids for a new pickup and routine bills were paid. A Cameron man, Dan Julian Bradley, was charged with murder with malice in the shooting death of Annie Mae Boyd.
