Taft court jurisdiction idea revived in NLRB reform push
Tower argues the Taft concept is not new and once sidelined by Taft to keep NLRB work within labor law. He says the judicial role of the NLRB has been unsatisfactory and urges a second Taft step to transfer more jurisdiction away from courts.
