Rockdale Texas July 25 Six new producers brought in during the past week increase the daily production of the Rockdale shallow fields by about 150 barrels. Wells completed include Anchor Oil No 1 Hamilton good for 650 barrels Milam Production No 1 Gaither 25 barrels Jones et al No 1 Tom Phillips 10 barrels Bowman Oil No 5 Gaither 25 barrels Junior Oil No 2 Hamilton 25 barrels or more Washpoo Oil No 7 Gross 15 barrels. Other notes cover cored wells, wildcats, casing shipments, and leases changing hands with payments ranging from 5 to 15 per acre. A wildcat deep test by Magnolia No 1 Kime progressed to 3805 feet requiring 28 tons cement. The report includes a Melon growing anecdote from Mr Wilder at Thorndale Champion.
J. R. Wilder, living south of town, reports selling melons from about a quarter acre. He has earned 237 dollars so far this season and plans to sell 75 to 100 more melons. The town and nearby black land residents found the earnings surprising.

The State of Texas to all interested in the Estate of Lucia Myers Deceased W L Myers Administrator has filed in Milam County Court his final account and application for discharge of himself and his bond sureties.
Sheriff or any Constable of Milam County are commanded to cause notice to be printed weekly for at least twenty days. The notice has been regularly published for not less than one year before this date. The county is Milam in the state of Texas.
The next term of the Milam County Court opens August 3, 1925 at the Cameron Court House. Interested parties may appear to contest the estate account. command to produce the writ with return and show execution. Clerk Lilian Atkinson signs July 8, 1926.
