Milam County civil action over land title possession
Plaintiff Lacy Noble sues W N Gentry et al in 20th District Court Cameron for trespass to try title to 60 percent of tract in Milam County near Slaughter Branch. Defendants allegedly wrongfully entered and withheld possession since Oct 1966. Suit seeks title, possession, and damages of 5000 dollars plus costs. Citation issued July 5 1967 with 90 day service requirement.
