Edwin A. Smith Jr. of Rogers has resigned as president and board member of Rogers State Bank. Examiners found erroneous entries totaling 39,182.15 during a routine State Banking Department examination. The board stated no customer or bank loss occurred, and the bonding company pledged to replace the funds.
