Follis Found Dead in Home in Cameron
C G Follis 35 was found dead in bed at his Cameron home at 9 30 p.m. A 38 caliber pistol lay near his head with a bullet wound in the right temple. Justice Womack Brashear ruled death by own action after an inquest. Follis recently left a service station sold by Bill Alex Bonds and had moved from Houston to Cameron earlier in January. He is survived by his widow and two children. Funeral was set for Thursday with interment at Powers Chapel near Briary.

Cameron Kin Attend Funeral in Smith County
Mr and Mrs Robert Browning of Cameron traveled to Tyler on Sunday after a telegram announced the death of John R Sloan 52 a Smith County relative. Sloan died after an operation from which his life could not be saved. His body was moved from Tyler Hospital to his Harriv Creek home and entombed on Monday. Sloan was a brother in law of Mrs Browning and had suffered years of declining health.

Fifteen Felonies Indicted by Grand Jury
