Program To Aid Speech and Hearing Handicapped
A planning committee across McLennan Bell and Hill counties will study existing speech and hearing facilities to guide a public information and education project. Baylor University Speech and Hearing Clinic directs the effort for NAHSA and the three county activity may expand to other Central Texas counties.
