Prescott reviewing 1961 reported 30 District Court and 84 County Court criminal cases. District Court had 28 nonjury and 2 jury trials. The Preston Royal Theatre opened Wednesday in downtown Cameron with a four hour Ben Hur screening through February 12. Workmen completed interior decoration for the compact venue formerly the Milam Theatre which burned in July 1961.
