Oak Hill Addition Nears Completion
Enlargement of Oak Hill Cemetery is moving toward completion with land leveling and tree planting by city workers. The three and a half acre addition, purchased from the Louise Green estate, adjoins the south side of the present cemetery and will hold 1250 graves. The plan designates no curbing and specifies access by street or walkway, with a babies section half the size of regular lots. City approval is required for tree planting and a perimeter fence will enclose the new area.

Weldon E. Hoss Turner 55 died early Saturday en route to a Temple hospital after a long illness. He was a retired Army sergeant and lifelong Cameron resident.
