James Lee Arrington of Freeport aged 47 died Sunday in a Houston hospital after a heart attack. He founded Brockman’s Department Store and Gulf Crest Hotel Courts, was a Freeport Lions Club president, and survived by his widow Frances Looney, siblings, and several nieces and nephews. Funeral Aug 4 at Freeport Church of Christ. burial at Restwood Memorial Park.
