A Red Cross First Aid course directed by Miss Dallye Young will start Monday April 23 at Yee High School Gym in Cameron Milam County. The six week program runs 6 to 9 PM each Monday with emphasis on disaster readiness and trained volunteers for county and national programs.

Judy Martin eight month old daughter of Mr and Mrs Erskine Martin of Cameron died in her sleep around 4 A M Sunday April 15 after a measles illness. Funeral services were conducted at Battetown Baptist Church on April 15 with Rev Bob Walker officiating. Burial followed in Milano Cemetery with Marek Burns Funeral Home in charge. Survived by parents five brothers and two sisters.

Mrs. E. P. Canova, longtime Gause resident, died in a Hearne hospital April 11 after six months of illness. Funeral services were held at Gause April 13 with burial in Gause Cemetery. Rev.
