The tenth annual Purdue Flower and Horti Show opens at noon Friday November 14 and runs until 9 PM that day then all day Saturday and Sunday afternoon. Sentries of prize fruit and vegetables arrive as management expects over 6 000 attendees. The event is in the new Horticultural Building and Green House near the Experiment Station.

P O Wilson manager of the National Livestock association will be principal speaker at the Indiana Cattle Feeders Association fall meeting at Purdue University on Friday Nov 14. He will discuss plans by the National Livestock Marketing association and their impact alongside Federal Farm Board proposals. Experimental cattle are in feeding pens at Purdue and will begin feeding during the meeting.
