Sudden weather changes threaten the scrofulous and consumptive. Hood's Sarsaparilla advertised as a cure and praised for scrofula and related illnesses.
The late rains delay several farmers from sowing wheat. Paul Oldham, employed by a Pennsylvania telephone company, stayed with his parents from Saturday to Monday. Mrs. Mary Ann Marsh of Cambridge visits sister Mrs. E A Boyd. Mrs. Martha Scott of Center Township and others visited Mrs. T H Richard in Jefferson Township last Thursday. Clark Anderson and wife of Montana were guests of his brother Craig Anderson and family part of last week.

Mrs Chas Tedrick and Ralph I Spear are on the sick list.
