Prominent Guernsey farmer left untreated after road accident

W H Bennett a 63 year old farmer from Guernsey county lies critically injured after a buggy collision near Salesville. He was abandoned by a passerby and later robbed while unconscious. He is known as a respected citizen and his family, including daughter Mrs Nat Bell of Cambridge, awaits further news as his condition remains precarious.
