The Guernsey branch of the Ohio Teachers' Federation elected Supt. W. Dyson of Pleasant City as vice president and Miss Mary Stone of Cambridge as secretary. A committee was formed to draft resolutions for Senator Blakasley and Representative Enging for submission to the General Assembly, urging reforms on school funding examinations and teacher qualifications.
