Alleged Egg Destroyers Nabbed in Byesville
Mike Smith, Andy Duris and a Slavish man, all Byesville residents, were arrested on warrants for malicious destruction of property. They pleaded not guilty before Justice Elza Trott and were bonded $100 each for a Thursday hearing. Casey Rainey Miraculously Escapes After Freight Car Accident
Casey Rainey, a Marietta Division employee at C and M depot, was dragged beneath moving freight car wheels for about twenty five feet causing a train car to derail.
