High School Basketball to Play Only Away Games
In a High School Athletic Association meeting the decision was made to field a basketball team this year but schedule no home games in Cambridge. All away dates only with class teams practicing at the Carlisle building. The cost of Hammond's Hall makes home games impractical. despite the handicap, a good team is hoped for next year when a new floor will enable regular practice and better games.
