Maxwell case anew trial denied in Missouri court

In St Louis Criminal Court on the 7th the motion for a new trial in Maxwell the Preller murder case was overruled. If sentenced an appeal will go to the Supreme Court and then to the United States Court over state law challenges to jury selection.
