Obituary of Mrs Mary K Hickman 1849 1902
Mrs Mary K Hickman died February 24 1902 at her Bates county home near Aaron Missouri from pneumonia at 9 am aged 52. Born May 13 1849 near Knobnoster Johnson County Missouri, she moved to Bates County in 1855. She married William Hickman in 1848 and leaves a husband two sons a sister and a brother. She joined Cumberland Presbyterian Church in 186 and was a devout Christian, dying while singing Jesus Has Gone Before.
