The local PMA office says 1949 oat and wheat crops will be supported by CCC loans and purchase agreements. Oats at 70 percent of parity, wheat at 2.16 per bushel. Loans require 30 days storage. mature by April 30, 1950 or on demand. Loans available from harvest through Jan. 31, 1950. Purchase agreements: buyers must declare intent to sell to CCC within 30 days before April 30, 1950 or earlier as CCC decides.
