The Citizens State Bank of Reynolds Georgia petitions for renewal of its charter and a 30 year extension from September 8 1952. The filing includes a $25 renewal fee and a certified abstract showing stockholders approved the renewal by more than two thirds at a May 27 1952 meeting. Signed by President Mrs Chas H Neisler and Vice President-Cashier R L Bell.
