George A Hill Dies Suddenly In City Restaurant
George A Hill a well known colored resident and banking district barber died suddenly at breakfast in a German Kitchen eatery. Born in Harrisburg Pa he studied law and served as Illinois Justice of the Peace before moving to Chicago and then this city where he led in barber work and local Masonic and labor circles. His son Vard T Hill will bring the body to Chicago for burial after an autopsy attributed death to heart disease with complications.
