Burst The War Chest Uplift Campaign Heads Next Week
Hamilton district residents will cast their support for a War Chest to aid soldiers and families, pooling funds across Hamilton Tulsea County except Middletown Trenton Madison and Lemon townships. The drive unites Red Cross Y M C A Knights of Columbus Salvation Army and others under one community fund to back war relief without using money for expenses. On offer are care, meeting spaces, layups and worship places for the homes front. More than two thousand young men from Hamilton have gone to serve, with unions urged to back the effort in a united home front.
