Oklahoma Supreme Court commission rules workers may quit without contract as union miners threatened a strike over a nonunion employee at Lehigh. Judge Brewer states employees in a trade dispute may protest by striking if union action is heeded, and a discharged nonunion worker has no action against the union or members. Individual workers may quit for any satisfactory reason when no contract exists.
