Baltimore March 1 Secretary of the Navy Daniels told the Baltimore Club that labor deserves top praise for patriotism and sacrifices during the war urging national unity to win the conflict. He cited 10,000,000 workers in cold conditions building ships while others struck and urged faith in the American spirit to prevail.
