Libel suits reach Colorado Supreme Court on appeal
Denver reports that three libel actions filed by chauffeurs from Chauffeurs Union No. 200 against the Colorado Labor Advocate are to be appealed to the state Supreme Court. The cases, each for 17000 dollars, were dismissed in three Denver courts after the paper exposed union interference by Laundrymen's Association backing.
