Hannah Demands Special Session Over Unemployment Law
Columbus. Phil Hannah, secretary treasurer of the Ohio State Federation of Labor, urged Gov. Lausche to call a special session to fix unfair disqualifications in the Ohio Unemployment Compensation Law. He cited missing a suitable work definition and urged action on housing, mining, veterans bonuses, and 40 hour week for state workers. The governor was asked to convene the session as soon as possible.
