Local meetings set for October and November events
The Rest Room gathering hosted by Miss Rogers opened with the Creed and welcome. The Wernes Group Picnic moves to Anguston on October 1 with plans for a large attendance. Clare hosts International Day on November 23 featuring Miss Zimmerman of England as guest speaker. Burra Branch marks International Day November 19 at Town Hall with Denmark talk, crafts, trading table, and tea. Members to bring handmade items. cake at Wigley’s Sale on November 24 with community catering. Afternoon tea closes the day.
