Annual Meeting Report of the C.W.A. Progress and Election
The annual meeting at the Institute in July 1948 reviewed the year’s work with 20 financial members and 13 average attendance. They highlighted handicraft progress, donations to the HQ building fund and the tennis club, hospital cake deliveries, and social outings, with officers elected for the coming year including Mrs M J Marchant as President and Miss M Rogers as Secretary.
