PEC Committee Nominates Incumbents for June Election

A seven member nominating committee chosen by the Pedernales Electric Cooperative board selects incumbents and advisory directors for the June 21 PEC election. Nominated are R N Carson Warren Smith and W W Burnett for director terms and seven advisory directors led by Warren Clark and Harold Kongabel. The annual meeting is in Johnson City at LBJ High School or PEC HQ auditorium with proxy ballots available. The board also approved Marble Falls construction safeguards and routine bills, new member additions, and a 2.83 cent/kWh fuel adjustment.
