The Abductor also demanded that mrs. Puckett announce on wednesday s noon news cast on Kalb the fact that Many people depend on welfare and food Stamps for survival. George Puckett president of Bluebonnet publishing company Parent corporation of the bulletin spoke to Isbell for nearly an hour and sympathized with the problem. The committee appointed by mayor Ken Odiorne to find a City marshal reported that they had previously planned to Send Bonnett to school in Killeen but because classes do not Start until september they want him to attend an eight week course in san Marcos beginning the first of april.
