Area Resident Completes Audubon Course in Wisconsin

Phyllis Adrean finished a two week field biology and conservation course at the Audubon Camp in Savona Wisconsin. She joined more than 900 participants across four summer workshops run by the National Audubon Society with camps in Medomak Maine Dubois Wyoming and Greenwich Connecticut. The program covered animal life birds plants and geology and aimed to present a total picture of humans in their biophysical and cultural environment. An instructor added teaching techniques for natural history and conservation.
