Fresh Start for Westrums at Norske Hus in Rake
Karl and Dawn Westrum have revitalized the Norske Hus in Rake since taking over from Dan Molitor. Once shunned for past troubles, Karl 41 rebuilt the business and his life after a wake up call from his daughter Jessica’s heart surgery. He now opens early for coffee, cooks meals, manages operations, and works on his computer while Dawn helps with staff and the lunch crowd.
