The dispute centers on salary offers with both sides sticking to their positions while mediators focus on resuming classes for 8,500 students at Council Rock.
About half of Lacey Park Fire Co members have joined Warminster Fire Co in line with a township order to merge. A Bucks County Court hearing was held to decide if a merger can proceed without majority consent, with a verdict not yet known at press time.
